National Focal Points (NFPs)
National Focal Points (NFPs) are the key personnel to implement the project in the Member States (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka). NFPs will review and provide feedback on the annual work plan and budget (AWPB) prepared by Project Coordination Unit and lead the implementation of project activities based on the AWPB in respective SAARC Member States. They will also coordinate to receive fund from project through SAARC Agriculture Centre based on the AWPB and manage it, and report accordingly to PCU. NFPs will closely work with SAC and IFPRI to achieve the project’s intended objectives.
